Snaps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. integrates with Facebook Lead Ads to automatically receive, store, and process lead information submitted through Facebook and Instagram Lead Generation Forms.
With authorization from the Page Admin, Snaps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may receive:
- Lead form responses (name, email, phone, custom fields)
- Lead ID, form ID, ad ID, adset ID, campaign ID
- Page ID and created time
- Any other custom fields configured in the form
We only receive this data after explicit permission from the Page Admin.
Facebook Lead Ads data is used to:
- Auto-insert leads into Snaps Technologies Pvt. Ltd. CRM
- Assign leads to sales teams
- Enable follow-up communication
- Provide analytics and report insights

We never sell or rent Facebook Lead Ads data.

Depending on your interaction with an RCS message, Snaps may process:

We do NOT access or read messages outside the RCS business messaging channel.
